At Windy City Novelties, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for health and safety reasons, intimate apparel and personalized accessories are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
